7. Turkey Cranberry Quesadilla
Delicious Thanksgiving Recipes: While still not into the whole berries that tend to float round the sauce, and the canned stuff freaks me out a little (my husband loves it), I can’t help but sneak it onto sandwiches! And apparently quesadillas now.

6. Leftover-Turkey Frittata A Delicicous Thanksgiving Recipes
Tonight we are going to have this lighter-on-the-belly Leftover-Turkey Frittata for dinner. It’s packed with leftover turkey and I added fresh spinach to it… it’s the only healthy thing in my fridge. This frittata goes really good with a nice dollop of sour cream or some plain thick yogurt.
Also, please don’t add too much salt to this. Your turkey was salted enough, I am sure, thus adding more salt to the eggs might result in a very salty experience.

4. Thanksgiving Leftovers Lasagna
When you’ve had your fill of turkey sandwiches and turkey soup, but there are still leftovers waiting to be eaten in the fridge, choose greatness. And by greatness we mean a towering lasagna filled with layers of roasted Brussel sprouts, creamy sweet potatoes, Thanksgiving stuffing, and of course, the turkey. One might even argue that this next-day meal is even better than the main event itself.
How’s that for a proclamation? But hear us out. Over time, the traditional Thanksgiving menu has evolved to include dishes that go well together. Or perhaps our palates have evolved to enjoy the food that’s traditionally served together. It’s your typical chicken or the egg scenario.

1. Turkey Orzo Soup
Delicious Thanksgiving Recipes: I love that the cooler weather is approaching. It means more soup like this Turkey Orzo Soup. I will purposely buy a whole turkey or just the breast and roast it on a Sunday afternoon, knowing that I will almost always have leftovers.
The recipe below calls for chicken or vegetable broth; however, I’ve also used homemade turkey stock made from boiling the carcass with some onions, celery and carrots after all the meat has been carved from the bone.
